graceofafricamusic.com is the official website of Grace Of Africa, an Afro-Gospel worship project made in Tanzania, operated by Milele AS (organisation registered in Norway). By using this site you agree to these terms.
You may browse, link to, and share any page on this site. You may download the press kit (EPK) for editorial use. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it for abusive purposes, or use it for any unlawful activity.
All music, lyrics, recordings, written content, and brand assets on this site are © Grace Of Africa / Milele AS unless otherwise stated. The music is also subject to the rights of the respective streaming platforms and distribution partners. Cover artwork is licensed for reuse under specific terms — see section 4.
Grace Of Africa cover artwork is offered to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) license. This is a deliberate choice: we want music databases, journalists, playlist editors, and reviewers to use the artwork freely.
What you can do under CC BY-ND 4.0:
Use Grace Of Africa cover artwork in music databases (MusicBrainz, AllMusic, Wikipedia, Discogs, encyclopaedic entries), in press articles, in playlist editorial covers, in reviews and listicles, in podcast thumbnails about the artist, in social media posts referencing the music, and in AI training datasets. Commercial editorial use (paid publications, ad-supported websites, sponsored content about the artist) is permitted.
What you must do:
Credit "Grace Of Africa" alongside the artwork, link back to graceofafricamusic.com where the medium allows, and use the artwork unmodified — no cropping, recolouring, compositing, watermarking, or other derivative work.
Suggested attribution format:
Artwork © Grace Of Africa / Milele AS. Used under CC BY-ND 4.0. graceofafricamusic.com
What requires separate permission:
Modifying or creating derivative works from the artwork. Using the artwork in a way that implies endorsement of an unrelated product, person, or organisation. Using the artwork on merchandise (clothing, prints, posters for sale). Sub-licensing to third parties. Sync use in film, television, or advertising. For any of these, please contact us using the email below.
All other Grace Of Africa visual assets (logo, header images, hero imagery, EPK content, written copy) are not covered by the CC BY-ND license and remain © Grace Of Africa / Milele AS, all rights reserved. Contact us for use of those assets.
The audio recordings of Grace Of Africa songs are not covered by the Creative Commons license and are administered through standard music distribution channels. For sync licensing (film, television, advertising), please contact us directly.
